02 Contact form

The name, organisation, e-mail and message you share in the form are processed to answer your request and assess possible cooperation, on the legal grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the formation of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc., USA) processes your IP address and browser information to verify that the form is not sent by a bot. Form notifications are delivered through and stored in our corporate e-mail service Google Workspace (Google LLC, USA). These transfers abroad are made with appropriate safeguards under KVKK Art. 9.

03 Live chat and WhatsApp

Processed data: messages you write in the chat window on this site or to our WhatsApp line; your WhatsApp display name and WhatsApp user ID; your name, phone number, e-mail address or organisation if you share them; the page, date and time of the chat and technical connection data (IP address, browser information).

Purpose: answering your questions; handling the information, quotation or cooperation you request; transferring you to a member of our team when needed; keeping a record of conversations and monitoring service quality.

Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c and Art. 5/2-f. For the transfers abroad listed below, your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9.

AI assistant: first replies in the chat window and on WhatsApp are given by an AI assistant, which introduces itself and transfers you to a member of our team whenever you ask. Its answers are for information only and are not a binding offer, contract or commitment.

Transfer and storage: OpenAI (USA) — message content is processed to generate replies; Supabase (India) — conversation records are stored in our customer-tracking database; Cloudflare (USA) — secure transmission of chat traffic; WhatsApp / Meta (USA/Ireland) — messages you send on WhatsApp reach us through this infrastructure.

These transfers are based on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9. Sending a message in the chat window means you consent to them after reading the notice shown in the window; continuing the conversation on WhatsApp after the assistant's first message has the same meaning. If you do not wish to consent, contact us by e-mail instead; you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Retention: conversation records are kept for 2 years from the last message and then deleted. Conversations that lead to a contract are kept for the periods required by the relevant legislation.

This site uses no cookies or analytics tools other than strictly necessary technical cookies.

05 Your rights and requests

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7; to request that these actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
